Haawe does not have a traditional reception desk open 24 hours a day, but the downstairs lobby of the hotel has a small reception desk, serving customers every day from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the high season. At other times, we are available at the hotel every day from noon to 9 p.m. We also welcome all our guests in person to make sure that everything is okay.

Check-in and check-out
Your room becomes available to you at 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival, and you should leave your room by 11:30 a.m on the day of your departure. Both check-in and check-out are automatic. The rooms and the main entrance are equipped with keyless electric locks to be used with numeric codes. We send the codes to our customers 24 hours prior to the start time of their booking. The customer checks in upon using the code for the first time. The customer also checks out automatically when leaving the room for the last time. The code is valid from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival to 11:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
Extra beds and cribs
The standard rate of all rooms includes accommodation and breakfast for two. When booking a room, please remember to let us know in case an extra bed is needed! Extra beds are not added directly to the total booking price, but they are paid separately upon arrival. For extra beds, we charge an additional fee of €35/person/night.
If you are staying with a child under the age of 2: when booking a room, please let us know you need a baby crib. When booked in advance, the baby cribs are free.
Tailored DIY breakfast
The room rate includes supplies for a do-it-yourself breakfast, tailored to your diet. Take a peek into the fridge to find out more! When booking your room, please let us know about any special diets of your room company, so that they can be taken into account.
The breakfast includes delicious cold-pressed blueberry juice, yoghurt, and sandwich supplies, among other things. Your room also has an electric kettle, a coffeemaker, coffee and tea.
Free parking
Haawe has free parking for guests behind the building (access between Haawe main entrance and Arctic Design shop). In case you need a parking space, please inform us when booking your room.
When you arrive, you can park your car in any available parking space in our parking area. To get free parking, then contact us and tell us your booking number and the car’s registration number.
No-pets policy
Pets are not allowed to stay in the hotel.
Left luggage facilities
If you arrive in Rovaniemi before your check-in time (4 p.m.) or leave after your check-out time (11:30 a.m.), you are free to leave your luggage in our left luggage room. The left luggage facilities are located on the K floor. The room features safe, lockable storage boxes for suitcases and other luggage. Please let us know about your schedule before your arrival, so that we can help you in this matter as well.

Haawe offers free WiFi (Haawe Guest).
Laundry room
As our guest you have the chance to use our laundry room. You will find it on the second floor of Exit B staircase. The entrance to Exit B staircase is in the middle of the corridor, and it is marked with a “Laundry room” sign.
Other services
