Your safety and the safety of our staff is of the utmost importance to us, so due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we have revised our daily housekeeping and reception service.
Our hotel only has 14 rooms, so staying with us is peaceful and carefree. Our hotel has no restaurant and you do not have to check-in to the hotel upon arrival, reducing unnecessary contacts with other guests and our staff. Checking in and out happens automatically. You can access your room using the room code that is delivered to you via e-mail. Your breakfast is ready in your room’s fridge.
We kindly ask you to leave your room when room cleaning is under way. Every room is disinfected when previous guests leave. We pay extra attention to bathrooms and touch surfaces, such as handles, knobs, light switches and so on. Linens, towels and other laundry are washed according to official guidelines. When cleaning or preparing rooms, we always wear disposable gloves.
In addition to carefully cleaning the rooms, we also pay extra attention to cleaning and disinfecting all public areas including elevators, doorknobs, electric safes and the stairwell. Public areas are disinfected several times a day.
There is a large regional hospital – Lapland Central Hospital – in Rovaniemi and several private practices should the need arise for healthcare services. We are constantly monitoring governmental guidelines and determined to take action as necessary. If you have made a non-refundable booking and cannot travel due to a change in COVID19 situation, please let us know at least 7 days before arrival for the possibility to change the reservation dates. The new dates must be within a year of the original reservation. The change is subject to room availability. If the new reservation costs more than the original one, you are billed for any increase in cost.
We kindly advise our guests to buy travel insurance to prevent any unexpected costs.
